Week 41 - Conway

Hello.

There will be NO voice recording this week.

Nor will there be one next week.

Or the week after that.

Because voice recordings have been banned.

I am sorry for the depressing reality.

I know I'm not too thrilled about this either.

Thank you.

So. . . Since I cannot voice record, and I hate typing with a passion, you will be receiving substantially less information on how my life is.

Anyways with all that crap out of the way. Let's dive into the miracles that happened this week. (Insert smiling face here)

So. . . This week. I got waved at by a nice member. Hahaha. (Sarcastic laugh). So were stopped at a street light, and a car does a polite honk at us. A lot of members honk at us while we're on our bikes and usually it's very encouraging. But when I tried to look into the car to see who it was. A guy flipped us off. Hahaha. I started laughing soooo hard. I always wondered how I would react to rejection. And I guess I just laugh it off. Hahahaha. Anyways let's talk about the spiritual stuff

So let's first talk about my companion, Elder Chatterton, his a beast! He's really cool. I haven't gotten along with a companion this well since I served with Cortez. He's such a funny dude. Sometimes we just have spontaneous light saber battles. Man I sound like I'm 5. I play with Pokemon cards, and I have light saber battles. I'm pretty sure the mission is making me less mature. Hahaha. Anyways he's a great companion and I've really enjoyed my time with him so far.

This last week was the ward talent show. So I got voluntold that I would be doing some magic and after some scrambling around and a package full of magic. I decided to preform the linking rings. So I practiced a little bit, and just kinda went for it. And. . . When you don't practice magic. . Your bound to mess up and give away the trick. But. . It actually turned out ok. I have a few pictures below. And I had a lot of compliments. Everything actually went pretty smoothly. And I fooled a few parents. But it was nice to participate in the ward activity.

This week was a great week for finding. We have talked to a lot of people and the work is actually starting to pick up. The church building is far away so it's rough for our investigators to get to church. It's annoying how far away the church is. I fact the hardest thing to do is to get our gators to church.

We're planning on setting 5 people on date this week if you could please pray for Julian, Jennifer, Carlos, Jered, & Sharon.

Anyways I love you guys and I hope you all have a terrific week!

We biked a lot this week.
Man that's some long hair, I'm so glad that I got it cut.
